By far the best solutions are natural. Man made chemicals only produce artificial effects or side effects.. if anything at all.

Indian Ayurveda has been around for 5000 years and has developed many methods and solutions... (That's a long time of studying medical science)Smile

Anyway, some very effective solutions include:
  • Coconut oil
  • Amla
  • Bhringraj
  • Brahmi Oil
  • Almond Oil
Some of the causes may be from deficiencies in magnesium, calcium or zinc. Other causes may also be from bacteria, fungus and germs that affect the root and we can't even see it. Luckily... both of these have very simple solutions.
Many of the oils and herbs in Ayurveda contains tons of natural vitamins an minerals that the root of the hair normally would not receive.

Activities like smoking, and use of chemical shampoos/ conditioners etc. all have negative effects on the hair. Think about it. Unnatural chemical on the hair....
Principle rule in Ayurveda is to "never put anything on the body that we cannot eat". Makes sense.

Something else that is very important that will also help is a basic fiber cleanse. Drink fiber powder to cleanse the digestive system... This will remove anything that may be toxifying the body and causing hair loss.

Apple polyphenols have recently shown to increase hair growth by 300% according to Japanese studies. The information looks really good.

If you are suffering from hair loss, then you are looking for a treatment that can do two things for you. It needs to stop the current loss of hair and it needs to restore the hair that you have already lost. Propecia (generic name - Finasteride) and minoxidil (active ingredient in Rogaine) are two hair loss treatments that have shown very good efficacy rates in both areas. They are also the only two drugs approved by the FDA specifically to treat hair loss.
