Hello! I am from the Philippines. I presently manage a salon & spa. We opened in July 2006. I am a salon person in years before we opened but not a hairdresser! I have ideas on hair coloring, haircutting, rebond, various treatments for various hair problems. i would like to know more especially on hair color and its techniques.
