Hey everyone. I dyed my hair around 7 weeks ago now and currently have a reddy brown colour as shown here:

I don't know where to begin. Will I need bleach, a colour remover? Which colour dye will achieve this look?

My hair is fairly dark indoors (I'm naturally a dark-medium coloured brunette) but i'm not sure how to go about lighting it for the copper colour to 'take' to my hair. Help please!
