How to effectively use T Gel to get rid of dandruf

   HI guys, Ive suffered with dandruff for the past year now, nothing I use seems to work. I found out about TGEL so I went and purchased Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo. How often should I use it? Should I use conditioner after using it? How many times should I use it when shampooing my hair? How long does it take to eliminate dandruff and a dry scalp? Has anyone had sucess with this product? If so how did you use it?
