Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Exercise at least 5 times a week to improve your skin and health. Avoid using harsh soap in your skin it may cause you breakouts or skin irritations. Protect your skin from sun damages by using a sunscreen everyday.

Stress can wreak havoc on your skin so it is important that you take time to relax. Meditate, take a warm bath (not hot! Intense heat can harm your skin) or just talk with a friend. I give some tips for the skin care for natural way like take some turmeric powder,rice powder,and mix it with raw milk and tomato juice..make it a paste form and apply on face n neck areas n leave it for 30 mnts...wash with lukewarm water...u can feel the wonderful change after the first use itself

1.Keep Water Lukewarm, Not Hot
  Hot water robs skin of moisture causing dry skin, so it's best to shower in lukewarm water.
 
2.Moisturize After Showers or Hand Washing
 Moisturizer is the key to soft, supple skin. Apply product when skin is slightly damp. For best effect, pat skin dry instead of rubbing with your towel before  a  application.

Well.....
I have some tips for health skin
Eat healthy food  including fruits and vegetables.
Try to avoid smoking and drinking alcohol
Cover the skin from pollution,dust particle. and sun rays
Facial twice in a month
Avoid eating more oily food
Do exercise and Yoga regularly
