There are many ways for making the skin healthy.Eat more fresh fruits and liquid from food item.Drink plenty of water. Eat  sea food more as it is very healthier for the skin. Do Yoga and meditation daily in the morning. Take a sleep for about 6-7 hour . Wash your face with paste of besan and honey.

First is drinking plenty of water. Around 6-8 glasses per day is a must. This helps not only in flushing out toxins naturally but it also helps in keeping the body fit and healthy and skin glowing.Don't go out and get burned. Some sun exposure is very important for vitamin D levels and general health and well being. Just avoid the burn.
