Stress can wreak havoc on your skin so it is important that you take time to relax. Meditate, take a warm bath (not hot! Intense heat can harm your skin) or just talk with a friend. Classes such as yoga and Pilates are great stress relievers. If you take the time to relax and relieve your stress, your skin will thank you.
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Exercise at least 5 times a week to improve your skin and health. Avoid using harsh soap in your skin it may cause you breakouts or skin irritations. Protect your skin from sun damages by using a sunscreen everyday.

Thanks for sharing, it's nice to know something new on shaving more efficiently. I also quit smoking recently and have definitely seen a positive result on my face! Stick to a healthy diet and you'll feel good on the inside as well as outside.
