First is drinking plenty of water. Around 6-8 glasses per day is a must. Eat healthy food  including fruits and vegetables.
Try to avoid smoking and drinking alcohol

I give some tips for the skin care for natural way like take some turmeric powder,rice powder,and mix it with raw milk and tomato juice..make it a paste form and apply on face n neck areas n leave it for 30 mnts...wash with lukewarm water...u can feel the wonderful change after the first use itself
