Hi, I'm black and I'm male. Currently I have a fro and I'm looking to get my hair like this.





Can someone please tell me th steps to get my hair in that condition? Thanks!

The first image looks like a perm that has been blow dried to achieve the "standing" effect however the bottom image look like a perm on the ends with new growth underneath.
 
The only way to achieve either looks is to perm your hair to make it permanently straight. You will, however, need to take proper care of the permed hair to prevent breakage, including re-perming you hair on a regular basis. I would definitely consider seeking the help of a professional stylist to ensure that your perm is properly applied.
