I naturally have medium dark brown hair. I wanted to add a little red tone to it and dyed it with loreal healthy look box hair color ( a medium redish brown) Big mistake !! It is SUPER red!!! Does anyone know how i can get my old color back without damaging my hair or how can i at least tone the red down??
A friend who is a cosmetologist suggested i buy a medium ash brown and color over it and that would neutralize the red.
im desperatly afraid of screwing this up and making it worse and cant afford to go to a professional.
