My stepson is getting married and they are on a very tight budget.  His bride is looking for great deals on wedding gowns.

Someone told me to try PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com and that if you sign up they will send you emails when they find dresses in your size range.
 
Has anyone tried this site?  Is it legit?  I read recently that several brides got taken by bridal gown stores that took their deposits and never gave them their dresses. 
 
Right now I am helping to do research so if you know any tricks...please post them.
