Deal with dry skin, apply aloe vera gel and milk cream on dry skin area. Drink at least 8-9 glasses of water daily, water is very good for skin to make it smooth and soft.

Daily scalp massages are excellent for stimulating circulation and hair growth. Be sure to include a daily Silica & Vitamin B-Complex supplement into your diet. Do a weekly hot oil treatment using olive oil.

Eat foods such as garlic, onions, eggs and asparagus that are top in sulfur, which helps to keep the skin smooth and youthful. Aloe vera is soothing, healing and moisturizing. It aswell helps to remove dead skin cells. Apply aloe vera gel topically on afflicted areas.
