If I have an oval face, naturally straight hair, always wear a side part and DO NOT want bangs, which one of these haircuts would work best for me? Also, would the layers come inwards like they do in the pictures without me having to style my hair or use any products?

All these choices are basically the same cut, so you could go with any of them.  Personally, I like Conrad's the best because it looks thicker to me.  This style can look stringy when you have it longer and have the layers coming inward.  You should be able to style this cut with just a blow dryer and brush.
