I find when i leave yoga i'm walking on a cloud. It's a great way to battle stress, control your breathing but yoga alone is not intense enough to get you in shape. I find it compliments my other exercise very well because it gives me a good stretch.

I love yoga. I do hot yoga classes and I find that I prefer these classes to the conventional yoga classes because for me it is even more relaxing and it lets you sweat out those impurities. I feel amazing after I come out of a yoga class.
