I recently dyed my hair dark brown and wasn't too keen on it, so now I'm fading it out.

Me now...

This is my natural colour (in summer anyway). It's quite an old photo, sorry about red eyes!)....

I'm thinking that once I grow my hair out to shoulder length I will get it dyed a lighter blonde than my natural colour. But I don't know whether it will suit me? My hair grows fast (an inch a month) so I won't have long to wait

Your natural colour looks very nice. You could go a lighter blonde I think. It would look very attractive. Or you could have lots of lighter hilites.

I'm loving your natural summer colour.  Adding highlights would look fabulous I think!
