In addition to drinking lots of water as it seems everyone has mentioned, I think its also important to eat fruits & vegetables and make sure your body is getting healthy nutrients.

Protect your skin adjoin the sun, abstain balance sugar, amusement yourskin  gently, eat advantageous beginning foods. Do not booze alcohol and smoke. Choose a cleansing chrism if your skin is dry and bright with a cleaner if you accept adipose skin.

Drink pure water..
Wash face through good face wash twice a day.....
Avoid oily food which cause pimples....

Apart from these, there is more information on many factors which affect our skin. Since skins are different, we all are affected in different ways by all these factors. Some factors affect internally i.e. within our body and some externally. Some factors can be controlled while we have no control on others. Great tips :)

Choose a creamy cleanser if you have dry skin or a clear cleanser if you have oily skin. Be careful not to cleanse too often. Washing at night should do you. If you have dry skin, consider cold cream like Pond's, which the French use.

Hello. I lead a healthy lifestyle. I do not drink, do not smoke, my weight 50 kg so I think that I eat normally.
