routine because they do not know what it should consist of. Others are
not sure how often they should follow the steps that are included in
their routine. Here are some of the different skin care steps that you
should consider adding to your regular skin care routine.
Always Wash Your Makeup off at Night
If you wear makeup, it is important for you to
wash it off at night. This is very important if you wish to have healthy
skin throughout most of your life. Neglecting to wash off makeup is
known to cause wrinkles, skin creases and is simply not good for your
skin. Even if you follow the other skin care steps that are listed
below, if you do not wash your makeup off at night, you will never have
the beautiful skin that you have always longed for.
Be Sure to Cleanse Your Skin
One of the first that you will want to do is find
a skin cleansing product that is right for you. There are many
different cleansers available on the market for you to choose from, so
feel free to experiment as much as you would like. Always be sure to
read the labels when you are choosing a cleanser, as they may indicate
what skin type the product has been designed to suit the needs of. You
should use a skin cleanser between two to three times a week, depending
on your skin type.
Never Forget to Exfoliate
Many people do not remember to exfoliate their
skin, but it is incredibly important if you want to have the healthiest
skin. An exfoliation product will help prevent clogged pores, dry skin,
acne and other skin problems. It works by eliminating the dead skin
cells that may be affecting your face. There are many different
exfoliation products that are available on the market for you to choose
from. This is not a product that you will want to use on a daily basis.
Most skin types can get away with using it only once a week, but if you
have a skin problem such as acne or dry skin, you may want to use it
twice a week.
Find a Good Moisturizer
Many people think that they should not use a
moisturizing product if they have oily skin. However, everyone should
use a moisturizer, as it is essential to proper skin care. Once again,
there are so many different moisturizers on the market that are
available for you to choose from, so you may want to experiment with
several different moisturizing products before you select just one to
use on a regular basis.
How often you will need to moisturize really
depends on your skin type. If you have dry skin, you should probably use
a moisturizer every other day. However, if you have oily skin, once to
twice a week should work out just fine. Keep in mind that no one, even
with oily skin, should overdo it with moisturizing.

The diet should
be rich in iron, having Indian gooseberry, spinach, gur, all pulses,
horsegram, soyabean, mustard leaves, radish leaves, turnip, apricots, dates,
watermelon, peaches, pineapple, banana and egg yolk etc. These provide a
glow to the face. Diet should be rich in carbohydrate and proteins but
with dietary fibre such as barley and maize, wheat flour (whole), rajmah and
dry peas.

Exercise every day. Make sure you walk for 30 minutes everyday. I
seat in front of computer for more than 8-10 hours everyday, walking
helps me to keep tab on overall fitness.
Drink lots of water. I drink 8-10 glasses of water and see your skin
glow.
Include fresh fruits (apple, orange and other fruits) everyday. A
bowl of fresh salad for lunch and dinner is must everyday.
Milk and curd is a must daily.
