To glow your skin------
Exercise every day. Make sure you walk for 30 minutes everyday. I
seat in front of computer for more than 8-10 hours everyday, walking
helps me to keep tab on overall fitness.
Drink lots of water. I drink 8-10 glasses of water and see your skin
glow.
Include fresh fruits (apple, orange and other fruits) everyday. A
bowl of fresh salad for lunch and dinner is must everyday.
Milk and curd is a must daily.

The diet should
be rich in iron, having Indian gooseberry, spinach, gur, all pulses,
horsegram, soyabean, mustard leaves, radish leaves, turnip, apricots, dates,
watermelon, peaches, pineapple, banana and egg yolk etc. These provide a
glow to the face. Diet should be rich in carbohydrate and proteins but
with dietary fibre such as barley and maize, wheat flour (whole), rajmah and
dry peas.

Those are great tips.Thanks for sharing that here in the forum. My tip would be straight and simple. Harmful Chemicals in Skincare and avoid stress. Live life well and enjoy.

Thanks. Great information about skin care. I believe it is best to use Ayuryedic products and drink lots of water every day. Of course exercise and do yoga regularly.

People do many thinks to care it's skin. They will use many different skin product for it's skin but in that all proper sleep and drink water properly is the best for the skin skin care.
