There are lots of benefits associated with eating right fat and beauty.

These beneficial fats stimulate the production of collagen. It also improves the blood circulation in the layer below the skin that supplies nutrients for the creation of new and healthy skin cells.

Fats keep the moisture of skin maintained from inside. Fats are very crucial for the absorption of the fat soluble vitamin - A, D, E, and K and the beneficial phytonutrients like carotene, lycopene and lutein need fat to be absorbed also.

Proteins are essential for repair of body tissues. Our skin and hair needed a balance amount of protein as its deficiency can give way to dull and dry skin.

Diets high in saturated fat are correlated with an increased incidence of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease according to a number of studies, both in African green monkeys and humans, such as a study of 22 hypercholesterolemic men. Some studies have suggested that diets high in saturated fat increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

I agree, fat is also essential for the body in good amounts. It is a lubricant and important for collagen and skin elasticity as well. Nuts mostly have a rich source of good fat and avocados too.

There are different types of fat, some saturated fats such as those found in processed foods and some meats are not good for the body and they contribute to heart disease but there are fats that are good for the body such as those found in coconuts. Coconuts are composed primarily of fats but they are different fats, not all fat molecules are alike and different fats can be used by the body in different ways. The fats in coconut can actually help lower your chance of heart disease, help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism and burning fat and it is also beneficial for numerous diseases such as diabetes and osteoporosis.

Here are some tips that will make you look and feel great as well as heal from the sun this summer.

Hydrate - Drink plenty of pure clean water. I usually tell my clients to drink half their weight in ounces of water, more if they exercise in the sun.

Eat all the seasonal fruits with regular diet.
