Actress Aimee Teegarden, who was blonde every season of my favorite TV show "Friday Night Lights," is now brunette. She looks thinner, too. They may have wrapped up filming. This is supposed to be FNL's last season.

I didn't even recognize her. I like the darker color but wish she'd held on to the fun, distinctive bangs and the waves. This just looks generic to me. A definite downgrade.

I totally agree. the Daily Makeover site sometimes uses photos showing celebrities with different looks to make their polls work. For example, Aimee usually wore her hair straight with bangs. In the Daily Makeover polls, one of the photos shows her with wavy hair and bangs. Her hair looks quite a bit shorter now, which bums me out, and I know some of you (ahem) will hate the center part or near-center part.

It's partially the center part, partially that it's had all the life sucked out of it, and partially that it's turned her from a really cute, easily-recognizable actor to someone completely generic I didn't even recognize at all. And I've watched quite a few episodes of Friday Night Lights.

She's young and I'm sure this has something to do with breaking out of her image and trying new stuff, so I'm sure it's a phase and she'll keep evolving...

Update: Same color and a bit shorter and sloppier. 
My take: I liked her better as a longer-haired blonde with bangs.

Says the guy who is behind 1-0. But only briefly, as I agree with HAWG. I like this look. I wouldn't mind seeing some bangs, but prefer this length and color.

just an update: seems like she's going shorter all the time  these days.  But I do sort of like the color, the length leaves me nostalgic for her FNL days...

I like the color and am okay with the length, but I'd love to see it set loose for its hinted-at wildness. The straight look just seems oddly forced.
