Follow these hair care tips to keep your hair healthy and good looking:
Generally, people in good health have healthy hair. This means following a healthy lifestyle will mean healthier hair for you. Eat healthy. Add plenty of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid junk food, aerated drinks, alcohol and smoking.
Using too much of hair styling products will harm your health. Avoid using hair styling products that contain alcohol. Also, hair products with harmful chemicals should be avoided. A lot of genuine natural hair care products are available these days. Find natural products for yourself.
Do not pour or apply hair care products directly over scalp as this may clog the pores on your head.
Wet your hair with normal tap water before you enter a swimming pool. This would prevent hair soak the chlorinated water of the pool. Wear swimming cap.
Do not overuse hair dryer. Hot air can be damaging to your hair therefore select the cool setting when using a hair dryer. Do not blow dry one spot for longer period of time, keep moving the hair dryer. Maintain a good distance between device and hair.

Hair care,you must care your hair,using  natural things for hair like henna,egg,curd,aloe-Vera for hair and also do deep massage with oil regular and do deep conditioning this best for hair and use coconut oil ,almond oil for hair and take healthy food that contain more vitamin this best for hair,after hair bath try not to use comb directly,Hair is delicate and needs good care.

If your hair is dry, wash twice a week with shampoo for dry hair, followed by conditioner. If your scalp feels very dry and flaky, use an anti-dandruff shampoo. Be very gentle with the tips, which are the driest parts and tend to easily share. You may be tempted to use styling products to tame frizz, but avoid it.

Hair is the beauty of all the human being specially for the women.so we all have to take care of the hair.Always take a nutritive and protein containing diet.Milk is good for the healthy hair.You can apply the protein pack on the hair.Wash regularly your hair.Oil massage is required thing.

There are some tips to take care of hair :
1 Regularly massage hair with coconut oil
2 Apply henna past on hair twice in month
3 Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner twice in week
4 Eat healthy food ad avoid junk food
5 Do not bind hair tightly.

I use head and shoulders, but each hair types, so its up to you, you like what kind of shampoo. Also in the night to use the oil, then in the morning, make your hair not greasy wash out. I have a trim every now and then get rid of split ends. I do not use your hair too much heat, for example, straighten your hair every day or use a hair dryer.

Women in general, like to style, color, or put their hair into all kinds of treatment. And i believe Over time this can take a toll on those locks which eventually can cause them to brittle, dry out and eventually fall. Chemicals and even the way you tie your hair can also lead to hair loss. Thus, i think the best thing you could do is that minimize the used of products that consist lots of hazardous chemicals.,

According to me, some important tips:

1.  Do not expose your hair and scalp to the sun and wind
2.  Wash your hair frequently to keep away dirt.
