Almonds are best for skin. It contain a good mixture of nutrients that are good for the skin, including vitamin E, iron, selenium and zinc.Sweet potatoes also contain Vitamin C and beta-carotene. These potatoes
also contain Vitamin E which helps the body regenerate vitamin C.
Vitamin C and E are very effective in protecting the skin.
