Please, what colour should I dye my hair??!!

I'm a fifteen year old girl with pale olive skin. I have hazel eyes and a chin length bob with a long straight fringe brushed to one side. It's naturally a light brown with honey undertones. I don't like it because it washes me out. I can't do anything unnatural because of this stupidly strict school policy. My mood and sense of style changes a lot, but I want something to match my personality. I love reading and am supposedly quite shy. I like Amy Winehouse and t.A.T.u. Please tell me what the he'll to do with my hair!!!
