Curl Enhancing Mousse or Cream?

Do these products really work?  I have yet to find one that really helps amp up my curls.  I have to work hard with a curling iron, hot rollers or a wet set to get curls to form.  It doesn't seem like any of the products designed to add curls work for me.
 
Any suggestions?
