People often fail to realize how stress affects physical health as well as hair health. However, it affects the overall health of an individual. This does not mean stress is always bad. Sometimes, stress is good for making an individual focused towards an approach and deciding better. In fact, some people perform better under stress and do much better. Stress up to a certain level is good, although there are no fixed parameters to establish up to what level it is good but sever stress leads to disease like anxiety, sudden hair loss and other physical health problems. Many of the people associate stress directly with sudden hair loss.

Stress and depression is considered as one of the most common factor for hair loss. And thats why it is said to avoid getting stressed for getting strong and healthy hair.
Great post! It is absolutely true, people should be more
aware how your mental healthy affects your physical health. I work as a
Psychotherapist and I tell my friends and family all the time, if you are
suffering from stress, anxiety or depression you should always go get help.
Most people wouldn’t hesitate to get help if they had some type of infection,
disease or physical ailment yet you would be surprised at how many people have
mental health issues that they totally ignore. There is still a negative stigma
associated with mental illness, most people think of mental health issues as “being
crazy” and they do not want the negative connotation attached to them. People should
realize that most people at some point develop mental health issues and it isn’t
always as severe as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder there are many kinds of
mental illness that affect the majority of the population which merely stems
from life stressors instead of severe chemical imbalance.
