Hey, so basically my hair is in this style, justin bieber sort of cut. Idk the name lol.

Hairspray takes like the shine out of my hair and makes it hard ):?

He most likely first blow dried his hair after a shower. Then he either used wax or a paste to make hair move to the side. To keep it lasting throughout the day a little hair spray at the end. His hair doesn't look shiny so it is probably wax or paste.
