Smoking is very injurious to health. It is causes the Cancer. I would like to suggest you that Avoid Smoking and All Bad Habits like Drinking the Wine.

If you really want to quit smoking then it is not difficult for you,just quit for 1 to 2 days and smoke ,try 1 week and than smoke and finally you will be able to quit smoking

Smoking is very dangerouse for the health. The cigarette is very harmful for our chest and our breathing. By smoking cigarette after a long time most of the people have to face a breathing problems and similar types of problems which are very harmful to the human body.
Now Smoking is bad habit of various age of people. It is harmful for our body. This is affect our lung, kidney which is important part of our body. It is live up long term effect our body like a cancer, kidney fail etc.
