Here's Chelsea at the TCA and here's a picture from the side. Chelsea has been sporting a short bob for some time. She's been known to push her hair behind her ears. Yet this looks shorter. Chelsea is friends with her former Jonas co-star Nicole Anderson, who has been rocking a chic shorter haircut for a few weeks.

I like this haircut; I'm trying to get my wife to go for it.  Chelsea is just so damn cute with this cut.
