Anyone else notice how much she looks like Sienna Miller in Michael1's picture above back when Sienna had short hair?

Ready? You won't hear me say this often: at this length it looks better straight.

Curly looks so awkward and wiggish. Straight is somewhat better. Overall it seems a bad length and bad cut. Roots and ear tuck don't help. 

I'm sure this is a growing-out phase and all that, but does it have to look quite this bad? Couldn't it be layered or shorter in front or something? Can't it be growing out with bangs?

Julianne was on Kelly and Michael this morning and it looked like Julianne and Kelly were twins....sporting the SAME haircut. Same stylist maybe?
