I`m only 15, and although for a while a long time ago, i dyed my hair a lot, i stopped for a while, but I noticed a lot more of my hair falling out when I rubbed my head and when I was in the shower....

What is this due to, and how can I fix it?

I have an appouintment with my docter in a few days, but I want to know what you guys think.
