help me emergency

Hi I use to use perms but now I stopped my new growth is really thick and curly And my permed hair is dry damaged most is splitted ends And falling out really bad please reply back i need your help before i become bald.

I know this will hurt... But you need to cut off as much of the damaged part as possible and start fresh. I got a perm a few years back and then colored it a couple of weeks later. It was working fine for a while until my old hairdresser left on the color too long and it turned black after an appointment. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it because I wouldn`t let the old one near me... The new hairdryer removed all the color from my hair and colored it back to as close to my natural color as possible. It looked great when she blew it out but I couldn`t do the same so I went back to her and she told me because of all the chemical processing it is severly damaged and if I really wanted to fix it - the damaged part would have to come off. Well, I had no choice - walk around with fried hair that I couldn`t do anything with or cut it short and start all over...
