Why is she upside-down? Is this a new haircutting technique? Does it make for a cleaner cut or better angle? And why would a "dare me" tease be needed from someone who's had short hair relatively recently, and who's never been a long-hair icon, but HAS been a short-hair icon? 

So much about celebrities I'm just not smart enough to understand....

I'm with you, CF. That banged bob was pretty great. At least it looks like, if she does go through with this, she'd return to some sort of bandage, however long the rest of her hair is.

Never thought much of her and the latest pic does not help.  In my opinion the best she looked is when she had the sleek bob with bangs.
