Who ever is writing for "People" magazine needs a crash course in hair style definitions. The headline reads:

Kendra Wilkinson Debuts Short and Sweet New Haircut: 'It's Freeing'

Even though she had 6-8 inches cut off, it's still what I would consider to be long as it is still well past her shoulders. Here's the link

Maybe we can send them a rubric:
Very Short - Above the ears
Short - To the chin
Medium - Chin to top of shoulders
Long - Shoulders to Bra length
Very Long - Past Bra

To me, Kendra's new length isn't long and it isn't short. Also, shoulder-length hair would not be long at all; it would be shoulder length. To each his own. 

The quality of Kendra's hair, while thicker looking, doesn't impress me any more. Is she no longer on TV?

It should have been cut shorter, above her shoulders and layered. Then it would have been newsworthy.
