QuoteReplyTopic: What product to be used when blowing dry hair Posted: April 19 2002 at 2:05pm
Hi, I am starting to blow dry more often than before these days. Consequentially I noticed my hair is getting duller and dryer. Any suggestion for a shampoo and conditioner would improve my hair condition? I have a medium-length fine hair. It breaks a bit daily too. Also when I am blow drying my hair, is it necessary that I use any styling product that specifically offers heat protectant? Thanks very much ahead for your help and suggestion. Best, Kyra
There are plenty of good anti-breakage protein shampoos and conditioners out there, but I don`t use them and consequently can`t recommend much. Let someone else pick up on that one. However, I use a wonderful little spray called HeatCare Styling Protectant by Jhirmack as a leave-in conditioner while drying my hair. It contains a silicone derivative (for shiny hair) and panthenol. It has two layers: one bright pink, the other purple, and you shake the plastic bottle to mix it up. The stuff feels great and especially benefits my parched hair. The only place I have ever found it is Wal-Mart and it`s dirt cheap at less than $3. Good luck!

yes I`ve noticed that every time I rinse my hair in Gasoline and blow dry my hair it ignites and I die. What should I do about the constant perpetuation of flaming salmon mice and free tacos?
Try Beyond the Zone 911 Hair Mender. It comes in this funky pink bottle. You can find it at Sally Beauty supply for about $4.99. It`s incredibly amazing. It makes your raggedy dry ends looks smoother and I notice less breakage when I brush my hair. Very nice!
