Hello. I`m a young Black male from MD trying to grow my hair out for braiding. I also want it dyed once it`s long enough. I`m just starting out. My hair is only 1/4 inches long. How long before it`ll be long enough to braid? Also, since I have a warm medium brown complexion, which hair color would best suit me for everyday wear? Are there any specific products that`ll help my hair grow longer? Any advice and tips are deeply appreciated.
Hi Jae! I am a beginner of sorts also. I am trying to grow my hair long. The best thing to get your hair to grow faster is vitamin B complex. Also I just started to try the Hair formula 37 vitamins sold on this website. I`ve been using them for about a month, and I am having better luck with them. Also, another good tip is to keep your hair healthy by getting deep conditioning treatments. My favorite conditioner is Nexxus Keraphix. It works wonders. I`m not sure how to advise you about hair color...I would have to see a picture. Anyway, maybe we can be "hair-buddies" and give eachother support for growing our hair. :-) Talk to you again soon.
