I'M Getting my haircut today but i don't know what style. right now i'm growing out my bangs and they are currently reaching my top lip. Is this too short to layer? or do you have any other ideas?! please help!

I know that it could get frustrating sometimes, because I had to grow out mine three times now. I have my bangs currently right below my ears and have it shagged ( layered with a box cut). I love it personally, but then again every one has different opinions.
