Okay, I have the ugliest hair, it's about 2" below my ears and it flips out so bad no matter how I try to curl it under. No matter what I do with it, it looks ugly and I need some advice for some cool short hair styles from someone with expirience-any suggestions?

You can get some layers cut into the bottom part of your hair to give it movement and flow. You can then use a good gel and a round brush and blow dry the hair "under" so that is lays flat.A modified bob or a good layered psuedo shag would work well for you.
