I'm 18 and I have thick dark brown hair parted down the middle and the sides shaved to a #2. I'm so sick of it. I don't really know what to do with it, but my girlfriend thinks I should go shorter and spikey. It's about to the top of my ears now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, male or female.

If it's curly at all, why not grow it out as dreads?

what u could do is get the George Clooney look-its where u get your hair cut so where it will go in a forward direction. then u would gel it. What also would look really sexy is to bleech the ends of the hair. oh and if u like spikey u could do the same thing but gel it and twist the strands of hair together in all directions oh and u definitely need to bleech your hair it looks HOT!!!

O.K. I'm glad you posted this. Whatever you do, don't
spike. I hoped that scary look went out with retro,
but now it's coming back. Maybe you could get a
simple, classic crewcut (I'm under the distinct
impression that you have no intention of going
longer but I may be wrong)
