Hello. I'm a 17 year old female. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for cutting my hair cut. Right now I have dark brown, about half way down my back, wavy to curly hair. It's naturally curly, so it decides on how curly it wants to be. If you have suggestions thanx. I am thinking about getting it cut to about my shoulders and have layers to have it seem lighter than it really it is. But I'm not sure if there is a cut out there that would be good for me or not. Thanks.

I'm not an expert on curly hair, but www.naturallycurly.com may offer some ideas to you. They have pictures from both styles and other curly heads.
When you hair is cut shorter it will look more curly since the length is pulling the curls down.
But I would rather point you to this page then giving you wrong advise.

Good luck,

Leanan
There is not only black and white, there is also grey

Whatever you do

Do not go for a bob.

Beleive me my friend has extremely curly hair that was down to her back. She got bored and cut it into a chinlength bob and it looked awful. If she left it curly it was all bushy and when she blowdried it it looked high and triangular.
she has since cut it short to try to get it looking decent but she failed.

So heed my advice and keep your hair at least shoulder length.
