Hi, I am a person with fine hair and lately my scalp is getting very oily. The day after I wash it becomes oily again. However I started to wash my hair every day and started to feel it very lank and limp. To be honest I prefer washing it 3 times a week because I prefer feeling it abit thick. Also I am aware of losing alot of hair, genially when I wash it everyday using (a gentle shampoo) I lose the same amount of hair as when I wash it 3 times a week. Infact I believe that an oily scalp leads to hair loss, is this right? Well do you suggest that I'll still follow the modern rule: wash your hair as frequent as possible or shall I keep washing it 3 times a week. If you know any remedy for this problem please state, any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
One last thing, can you please check out this site " http://www.tigi.co.uk/products/shampoos/index.htm " to suggest what's best for me, despite the fact that there are also the shampoos that I use and I find them very good.
Hi wazzup? I also have oily hair and I don't spend alot on shampoos. One thing is washing your have once a day every day is good. Just find a shampoo for oily hair. I.E. Lorell's Herbal Escense or Neutrogena's shampoo for oliy hair. If you need anything else e-mail me at joshs_butterfly@hotmail.com You are very welcomed!
Go to a hair salon, they usually sell detoxifiying shampoos, made to remove chlorine from hair after swimming. It will also remove excess oils from your hair. lorial kid's makes a detoxifying shampoo, too. Don't forget, stay away from conditioners and detangling solutions. About the hair lose, you might want to talk to a doctor about that, it could be linked to a serious illness.
