I know hair grows normally at 1/2 inch a month, but can I make it grow faster? Do nutrients or food do anything to it? Or is there anything else I can do?

Hello!
You can try the Hair Formula 37 promoted by this hair site. It's supposed to increase the growth of healthy hair. Protein helps w/ having healthy hair; your diet has a lot to do w/ it. I know a site that goes into detail about nutrition and hair; if I find it I'll post it =)

I just got the worst hair cut really short! I hate it! I found out that if you massage you scalp often it will grow a lot faster! Okay :)
