Ineed help. I have lots of straight and wavy thin blonde hair. It has breakage and split ends and is 3 inches past my shoulders and all one length. I have an oval shape face and my nose is big on the end. I realize long hair is my best look but my hair is unhealthy. What can I do?

Hi. I need help to find a new style, I`m getting so sick of my hair it`s been the same for the past 3 years. My hair is about an inch or two past my shoulders, it`s dirty blonde, and the texture is normal. It`s layred in the front, but I have a hard time trying to flip the layred parts in, one side will and the other side won`t. I`ve fliped my hair out but that rarely works. I want a style that`s sexy! Thanx!
I am not sure you are aware of this but we have tons of updos and very contemporary dressy hair styles in our new Interactive Style Selector. You can select the Updos section and see everything or you can put in more details like your face shape and hair color. We have close to 2,000 photos in the database so there is lots to see.
As far as a style for a Jennifer Aniston face, how about the faux dreads that she looked so hot in? They are easy to do and look great for thin hair or thick hair. Actually thin hair has a bit of an advantage because thick hair can be a little on the bushy side sometimes.
How to do it? Simply separate your hair in equally spaced and equally sized sections and then take a hair wax like Redken`s Water Wax (warning: it can be hard to remove the wax so go lightly) and then warm a little of the wax in the palms of your hands and then glide down the length of your hair from roots to ends.
One you have applied the wax twist the hair in a circular way until your hair is in a nice little faux dread. To hold it apply a mousse or shaping spray. The faux dreads should not be so tight or loose that they don`t hold their shape.
Another really easy updo is made with a simple ponytail. Pull your hair up on your head in a high tail. Separate the ponytail into several very small sections and then curl with a curling iron. Then pin into place and viola...a curly updo. Pop in a piece of hair jewelry and you are ready to go.
Check out the HairBoutique.com Gallery for the Interactive Style database.
Best wishes, Karen

Karen i need some help, I have browen hair with red hilets as my nautural color... but the thing is i died it before and then after that i tryed finding my natural color so ive deid it over and over again. Now i reget it and want my color back. Is there anyway that i can it back without ruining my hair? Ans without spending a lot. I also need some advice.... i have hair about three inchs below my shoulders, nautraly its curley (medium curls not little) but i starighten it every day. i was wondering if i should layer it. But not the up and down layer..,. the kind where it`s staright across the bottem short of a choppy look and only layered about 1 /2 inchs. should i go for it or forget it? Thanks for ur advice....
Hey Karen, I have a question for you. My hair is shoulder length blond and dry and frizzy left over from a perm. I want a new cut, style or updo. Whatever you think I should do I am willing to do anything, I am so bored with my hair but I don`t know what I want. I have an oval shaped face and a high forehead but no bangs. I can`t seem to get bangs to look good. Although right now nothing looks good. Please Help me, Sarah
