OK, I`m male,14 yrs old. I have short dark brown hair (up to my neck). My hair is not straight-straight. I have kinda curly-wavy hairs in the front. I want this all over my hair. I don`t know what to do. I want to perm, but I`m afraid of the results. Shoud I or should I not. I want my hair to look wavy-curly, but not completely curly. Someone help !
