it sounds from your stats that your two friends are a lot more daring than you are. They are both considering quite short styles, while none of the ones you mentioned were much below chin-length. Since you are making such a big deal out of this quasi-ceremonial haircutting event, why not fulfill your desires and get a real short cut. I`m not suggesting anything really outrageous like a buzzcut, but by showing your daring side and opting for something shorter than your pals, you can steal their thunder rather than them stealing yours. Otherwise, people will look at the three girls who chopped all their long hair off, and only really notice the two who dared to go really short. So if you want to get noticed, then shock your friends and yourself with a proper short cut. The chance to make such a drastic and exciting change doesn`t come along that often...
I think you should go for a slightly layered cot above the shoulders but below your chin. Personally, i wouldn`t go to a pixie, but I went that shgort and like it.
Yeah, tomarrow my hair which is just below my houlders is getting cut into a short pixie. A lot of people are cutting their hair tomarrow. Wannacut, don`t get scared its really fun and you will like having short hair. I`m gonna have one of my friends cut mine before the salon too cause that seems to be what everyone else is doin. Alright I`ll let you know how it goes.
Of the syles you picked I like #3826 best but i think it is cut similar to #3830 and mostly styled differently.
For Louise I love #3821. If i ever decide to go even shorter I think that is a great style.
For Jackie I like #5015 best.
I don`t think you need to go pixie short to feel like you have made a drastic change. Trust me, you will feel very different with any of the styles you picked. I`m still getting used to having short hair and still shocking people who have not seen me with short hair. I don`t think you want to make it a competition.
Well, my hair is back to about an inch long. It was really fun and it looks good. It was wierd getting all the hair I grew back cut off, but I like it. How did everyone`s cut go, do you like it? Was it nervous? Well let us know.

Tim, Check out what happened on my other post titled " WE DID IT". It will be on page two or three at the moment, the last post was about September 27th. Even though I love my current style and it is the first time I have cut my hair, I`m going to go shorter before Christmas so I will keep you all informed. I feel that I should see what i look like in a pixie or something like that while I have the nerve. I can always grow back to my curent length.

I am going to go very short in the next couple of months or so so watch this space as I shall need advice for styles as until 6 weeks ago I had long hair all my life and now its going to be about an inch long!
