hey spring break just started today and im gonna get my haircut during the break to shock everyone when i go back to school. i have long darh hair to my back and am choppin it off on friday and am very excited to have short hair. i rerally want it to look good so if anyone could suggest a cut or color it would help. i was thinking about a dark blonde and short layered bob. thanks.

If I were you, I wouldn`t get a layered bob cut in if you aren`t prepared to spend about 20 minutes on it in the morning, because you will probably have to wash and blow dry it every day. I think you should get it cut below your shoulders and feathered with some natural looking blonde highlights.
But at the end of the day, its totally your choice.

Hey Jess

You are not alone! Spring Break is a very popular time for people to change their looks. Spring is all about renewal, & rebirth, so what better way to do that then with a new look! I`m glad to hear you are looking forward to chopping it all off. How long is your hair now? Be careful about going from really dark hair, to light hair, because there will be alot of upkeep. However, you may be ok with a dark blonde as long as your hair isn`t too dark now. As for the length, bobs can look really great on some people. Do you have any facial features you want to show off. I don`t know exactly how short you were thinking but I would suggest taking a look at McKelle`s makeover, at the Percision Hair Design Website. Look for her under the Featured Lady Section.

If that`s not to your liking try looking at others on that site. Of you could get something like Resse Witerspoon`s hairstyle. I could go on but hopefully this helps a little. You also check out the hairstyle gallery on this site.
