Im a bloke (guy) and was wondering what is best for highlights on short razor cut hair.... foil or cap? or niether? I would like my hair highlighted but would like it done all over not just on top....
any advice before i go to the stylist would be good... although i have chosen to go to the best place (allegedly) in town.... its gonna set me back �50... ($75) so i wanna make sure i am happy that they know what they are doing!
