Do u know of any 24 -50(or w/e)washes hair die that will accually make dark Blonde go light blonde! Cuz i just tryed that Tihikcan one and the only thing it did was cover my streaks and leave my hair the same dark blonde as before!! Plz any help would be greatful

No, only bleach can lighten hair.

My wife has had some success with BLONDE by Frieda. It seems to bring out her highlights more.
