Hi everybody

I posted a message a week ago about getting haircut ideas and I`ve made an appointment to get my haircut tomorrow afternoon right after I get back from school and I will let everybody know what I did to my long hair but I will give you a hint I`m not getting a trim!!!!!

It looks like nobody is replying to my message about me getting my long hair cut off today oh well...

Like I said in my message from yesterday I had an appointment at my usual salon that ive been going to for two years now and I would not get my hair trimmed but instead I would get a haircut so me and my stylist talked about what to do with my hair and finally he decided that I would look really great with a chin length or a shorter bob haircut especially with my face shape which is oval and so I said are you sure it would look good on me because I would lose allot of length and he said trust me you will look great

Well I have to say my stylist was right about my new length and now I have a lip length bob haircut instead of a chin length cut he wanted to give me because my stylist decided that my hair type would look much better at lip length instead and I agreed with him to do it and now I really LOVE MY NEW BOB HAIRCUT!!!!! instead of my long boring hair that I had before and my parents really like my new bob haircut and I can`t wait until tomorrow when all my friends see me with my new haircut!!!!!

Hey Britney! That`s great, I`m glad to hear you are so happy. Way back when you first posted I suggested a similar style for you. As for why no one has responded to your message. I can`t speak for everyone, but for me, I just came across your post this morning & was going to reply, but realized you had posted it last night & were talking about today. I figured you were at school & then off to get your haircut, so there would have been no point, as you wouldn`t have seen it til after anyway. Decided I could wait til tonight when you told us how it went to post my response. So let me be the first to say Congradulations. Keep us informed, let us know how the kids at school react. How much hair was cut off? What if anything did you do with it after it was cut? Do you plan to keep it this way for a while, or try something different? Do you have any pictures? Hope all is well, & enjoy your new look. Take care.

I`m glad you love your new style Britney. I had a similar cut last year. Only the back was shorter than the front and no bangs. Actually mine was longer more about chin length. Did you get bangs ? I`ve been growing my hair out since then except for trims every few months. My hair is now down to about shoulder length. anyway I`m glad you like it.

Hey Britney! Glad you like your new haircut...kinda scary to do something drastic like that, but its great when it works out and you like it. Hope you get a good reaction at school- remember, since you like it, it doesn`t matter if everyone else does! Besides, I`ll bet it looks great! :)

thats cool, you should have had the cutter chop off your ponytail its alot of fun, do you have any before or after pics?
did they cut it gradually or all off at once?
i think every girl like myself should
cut off their ponytail once in their
lifetime it is truly amazing

I myself recently made a drastic change to went from waist to just off the shoulder with layers and
I love it.

Hi everybody

First I would like to thank everyone who responded to my post about my new haircut and second I`m sorry that I haven`t posted earlier about my haircut because I`ve been busy going to school and doing my homework which has kept me very busy that`s why I haven`t responded earlier and now to answer everybody`s questions about my new haircut...

The first question to answer is from wozziewoo which was how the kids at school reacted? well at first allot of my friends where totally shocked when they saw my new haircut but at the end they loved it!!!! How much hair was cut off? my hair was just past mid back length and my stylist told me he cut off almost 12 inches and I didn`t save all of my hair except just a small pony tail and the next question is Do you plan to keep it this way for a while, or try something different? I`m planning on keeping this cut for a while or to go shorter with maybe a buzzed nape not sure yet and the last question is Do you have any pictures? no I have no pictures of my haircut but I wish I did some before, during and after pictures but I forgot sorry wozziewoo.

Next question is from Rachel A which was Did you get bangs? no I didn`t get bangs because my stylist said that I didn`t need to have bangs and yes I love my new bob cut.

PS Sorry for the very long post and Thanks to everybody for waiting for me to answer the questions about my haircut
