HELP!!! YO this is BAD!!

My hair drives me crazy. I got it cut off almost to my shoulders in October. I hate it. It has layers too. but the layers are so short i dont want to get them taken out. My hair used to be so pretty now it's like ugh. It used to be almost white it was so blonde. Now it is really blond and brown. It also used to be straight now it has a flip. What do I do?? Go for more layers - it will lose the flip. A good layerer can really make your hair lay the way you want it to. It will be a monthly trim thing, but you can alwasy whack off the last layer each time. I have found a few layers , or just end layers, irritating, but if you plunge in, the ones shorter than your ears may make you nervous as she slices away, but when it works, it works fabulously.
