this summer, i'm working as a counselor for 4 year-olds. I'm running around, and I need a quick, easy way to put up my hair so it stays, but still looks nice.

How long is your hair? I'd braid it and bend the braids back into the curve behind your head, clipping it there with a claw. Or try a braided bun if that stays in. Gosh, some of you sweeties come in here asking questions and nobody answers them!(I'm not exactly a teen... actually a third year college student. but this topic looked so darn cute.)

just put your hair up in a ponytail, its easy and simple and looks good.
